Hi, welcome to my website. I have been teaching guitar since 2002, and established this business in 2006 after finishing a degree in Media Studies at Chichester University.

In addition to private lessons, in February 2007 I began teaching guitar with the West Sussex Music Service in local schools. I'm a great believer in 'starting early', having begun learning guitar at the age of 8 (it's not too late if you're 80!).

My first public performance shortly followed at the age of 10 at my church. I was pretty terrified, but I survived, and can't have been a complete disgrace as I still play a fair bit at church now.

Since then, for the last 17 years I have played for a diverse array of bands/artists, at a wide range of venues, with styles ranging from acoustic pop, funk, indie and heavy rock, playing a mixture of electric, acoustic and bass guitar.

Most recently I have found myself playing guitar in an acclaimed local function band named The Deloreans, playing anywhere from weddings/parties all over the country (and Europe), to sell-out crowds at Shepherds Bush Empire, supporting Delirious? and Bjorn Again along the way. I am also a published songwriter, and I occasionally do session work on album recordings.
