Great Studio Facilities
I'm at New Barn Studios (map) in a dedicated guitar teaching space with great facilities such as a PA, guitar/bass amps, sound-proof rooms and a waiting room with TV allowing parents/pupils to wait in comfort if desired. Its only a 5 minute drive outside of Chichester, on the way to Bognor Regis, with plenty of parking.

Amazing Discounted Rates
1-on-1 rates are £25 / hour, or £13.50 for 1/2 hour. This is amazing value compared to local competitors due to the fact I do all my own admin/website work, cutting out 'the middle man'. These savings are passed onto the pupil, meaning unrivaled value with the highest quality teaching and facilities at the best possible rates.

You are free to pay lesson-by-lesson or in bulk, and I can also teach in groups (privately or in schools) for a further discounted fee. The Musicians Union suggests charging £29.50/hr, so you can see the savings!

Enjoyable lessons - learn all you need to know and nothing you don't!
I keep a healthy balance of learning new (and improving existing) techniques through learning songs and music styles that inspire the pupil, while applying relevant theory. Lessons are varied and enjoyable, with a sense of achievement and progress. I have a wealth of teaching experience and musical knowledge (meet Jim) and am a published songwriter.

All ages and abilities welcome
I teach all ages and all abilities. Most of my pupils are guitar players ranging from beginner to intermediate levels, though I do also teach bass guitar, mainly beginners. Needless to say I am fully CRB checked.

Do I do home visits?
This is unlikely due to time constraints, but possible in some circumstances. There would be a charge for petrol/travel time.
